Who we are

What we collect and why
When you book a call: your name, email, the time you chose and your answers to the booking questions. We use it to hold the call, which takes place in Microsoft Teams. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
When you write to us through the form or by email: your name, work email, company, company size and your message. We use it to answer you and to decide whether we can help. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
When you visit the site, and only if you accept analytics: which pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, through Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and its advertising features are turned off. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). If you decline, no analytics run. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
On every visit: our hosting keeps short technical logs, including your IP address, to keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
These companies process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Hosts this site on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region, in the Netherlands, and runs our email, calendar and Teams calls through Microsoft 365.
- Google Ireland Limited. Runs Google Analytics, only if you accept it.
- Calendly LLC, United States. Runs our booking calendar.
Some of this data can reach the United States. Calendly LLC, Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers to them rely on it. Where it does not apply, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and bookings that do not lead to a contract: 12 months after the last contact.
- Data from client engagements: as long as the contract and Czech law require.
- Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google deletes it.
- Hosting logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time under Cookie settings. Write to contact@cendryon.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
